Marketplace purchases are delivered instantly by Linden Lab. If a delivery fails, request a redelivery from your Marketplace order page — no need to IM us.
Due to the digital, transferable nature of virtual goods, all sales are final. If a product is broken or misdescribed, IM Kingdavez inworld and we'll make it right — replacement or store credit.
